I was struggling with a few things in my life, especially anxiety. I found Aaron, who I felt immediately comfortable with he allowed me to express, talk out my feelings, cry, talk through anger and past and present feelings and decisions. I felt completely listened to, and he helped bring out my own interests, which were long forgotten or a hidden part of my life, for example, art. I was struggling to leave the house with anxiety, and I expressed how much I loved nature and walks. So Aaron asked me if some 'walk and talks' would be good to talk through things and helped me push passed my anxiety, and I started to feel okay. I know it's extremely hard to find someone to talk to when you are struggling but I trust Aaron completely he helped me when I needed it the most, and I'm sure many more people do
